Business Central Developer"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Provide leadership in building and enhancing cloud-based Dynamics applications.<\/li>\r\n<li>Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Microsoft Dynamics applications, modules, and components to meet specific business needs.<\/li>\r\n<li>Implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.<\/li>\r\n<li>Configure and customize Dynamics CRM\/365 settings, workflows, business rules, and security settings to align with business requirements.<\/li>\r\n<li>Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics<\/li>\r\n<li>Develop and maintain data integrations between Dynamics 365\/Business Central and other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, third-party applications) and ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within the systems.<\/li>\r\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Dynamics solutions.<\/li>\r\n<li>Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced user experiences within the Dynamics environment.<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics applications, addressing, and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.<\/li>\r\n<li>Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, code changes, and system configurations.<\/li>\r\n<li>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices.<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying updates, and optimizing performance.<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their proficiency in using Dynamics applications.<\/li>\r\n<li>Stay up to date on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and functionality.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications for position:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\r\n<li>Possess relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>MB-600 &#8211; Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert<\/li>\r\n<li>MB-210 &#8211; Dynamics 365 Customer Sales Functional Consultant<\/li>\r\n<li>MB-230 &#8211; Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant<\/li>\r\n<li>Microsoft Specialist \u2013 Dynamics CRM 2013 Applications<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Proven experience as a Dynamics Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central).<\/li>\r\n<li>Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.<\/li>\r\n<li>Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) for creating low-code\/no-code solutions.<\/li>\r\n<li>Proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics CRM\/365, including creating custom entities, fields, forms, and views.<\/li>\r\n<li>Familiarity with integration techniques using REST, SOAP, or other APIs to connect Dynamics with external systems.<\/li>\r\n<li>Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling within the Dynamics environment.<\/li>\r\n<li>Experience working in a government setting will be a plus.<\/li>\r\n<li>Experience in creating technical design documents.<\/li>\r\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.<\/li>\r\n<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\r\n<li>Strong organization and project management skills<\/li>\r\n<li>Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.<\/li>\r\n<li>High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working on multiple teams in large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: Provide leadership in building and enhancing cloud-based Dynamics applications.
